Welcome! I'm Jen, a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Pilates and Yoga Teacher, Wellness Facilitator, and Reiki Master with a passion for empowering women on their wellness journey. With a background in psychology and a deep connection to holistic practices, I integrate mind and body in everything I do.
I offer a range of classes, from dynamic fitness classes, to serene yoga sessions, all designed to help you feel strong, balanced, and connected. My approach is rooted in a love for movement, mindful living, and the belief that true wellness comes from within.
I'm also the Author of Empowering Meditations: A Journey Within, a collection of guided Meditations that I've shared with my classes over the years. This book reflects my commitment to helping others find peace and strength through mindfulness.
